Truckee Tahoe Junk Removal LLC provides junk removal, property cleanouts, construction debris removal, yard debris removal, appliance removal, dumpster rentals, and related hauling services for residential and commercial customers in Truckee, Lake Tahoe, and surrounding areas.

All estimates are based on the estimated volume, weight, labor, accessibility, and disposal requirements of the materials to be removed. Final pricing may change if the actual job differs from the original description or photos provided by the customer. We will always communicate any pricing changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Credit / Debit Card (via Square)
• Venmo
• Cash App
• Zelle

We reserve the right to refuse hazardous or prohibited materials. The following items cannot be accepted:

• Chemicals, fuels, or flammable liquids
• Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
• Biohazardous or medical waste
• Explosives of any kind
• Full paint cans or solvents
• Propane tanks
• Any other state or federally restricted waste

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. Truckee Tahoe Junk Removal LLC reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or hazardous to our team or equipment.

Service times may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, road conditions, traffic, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you as early as possible if a reschedule is necessary. Truckee and Tahoe's mountain climate can bring sudden weather changes we appreciate your understanding.

Truckee Tahoe Junk Removal LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing property conditions, weak or damaged pavement, hidden obstacles, improperly marked utilities, or customer-requested placement and access areas. We take great care on every job, but customers assume responsibility for access areas they direct us to use.

Customers are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. We understand plans change just give us a call as soon as possible and we'll work with you.

Truckee Tahoe Junk Removal LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
